Member information
This notice explains what Coral Frigate Portal records, why it is needed and the choices available to every member. Last updated 11 August 2026.
Members see only the records and Anchor Points permitted for their account.
Information is kept for membership, administration, accountability and security.
Firebase notifications are enabled only after the member chooses to allow them.
The portal keeps the information needed to provide secure member access and Frigate administration. This can include your name, email address, phone number, Deck Name, INI or Saga details, approved official roles, contribution records, Signals and security audit information.
Information is used to verify membership, secure your account, provide the correct role access, maintain Frigate records, deliver requested services and create an accountable history of important approvals and financial administration.
If you choose Enable alerts on your Main Deck, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging creates a device installation identifier so the portal can send generic service alerts to that browser or installed app. Google processes that identifier to deliver the notification. Push messages do not include contribution amounts, account details, personal approval notes or other private financial information.
Notifications are optional. You can turn them off from the Main Deck or block them in your browser or phone settings. Turning them off removes the saved installation identifier from the portal; permanent in-portal Signals remain available in your account.
Portal records are stored in the connected Supabase project and protected by authentication, row-level access rules and role checks. Browser-safe Firebase configuration is public by design, while private delivery credentials remain server-only.
Use My Logbook to review your member profile. If information is wrong or you need a privacy request handled, contact Frigate Command through the established chapter channel so the request can be verified before any record is changed or removed.
